I had a delicious Tom Young Kung Soup with prawns. It was very spicy & very filling. Yum! A bit pricey for one person's main meal ($36). But could split between two people if you ordered a side of rice 🍚

Stopped off in Narrabri on our way to Brisbane. Food at Thai Home was amazing. Had the Fish cakes, Jungle curry and Chilli Basil Stir Fry with coconut rice. Would definitely go again.

What a hidden gem in Narrabri. I've traveled extensively through Thailand — north to south, Chiang Mai down through Bangkok to the southern islands — and this is hands down the best red curry chicken I've had anywhere in the world, Thailand included. The coconut broth was rich and perfectly balanced, with real depth and a clean, proper heat that builds rather than overwhelms. Loaded with fresh vegetables — snake beans, carrots, potato, snow peas — and tender chicken throughout. You can taste that the curry paste is made from scratch, not a shortcut. If you're passing through Narrabri or live nearby, don't skip this place. It punches well above its weight and quietly outdoes restaurants charging double in the cities. I'll be back every time I'm in town.
Just visiting but heard about this Thai restaurant and $23 lunch deals (chicken, pork & beef dishes) - ARROY MAARG MAARG (delicious much much in Thai)!! Good amount of chicken in the Pad Thai, and beef was so tender and juicy in the Massaman curry - highly recommend these dishes!! They have a cute display to purchase other items, food, Thai things etc. But what surprised me was the cakes/desserts in the fridge - so many choices! I was curious about the Young Coconut cake - it looked and tasted divine!! Coconut drink flavour meets, light fluffy cake, with tiny bits of fresh coconut! If you know Bon Bons or Bread Top - the Asian bakeries - light fluffy, fresh yummy cakes that's what it was like!!! $10 seemed a bit per slice - but to get that high quality, plus if it was any cheaper I would have bought more than one slice from the fridge - so I would only buy one per visit way better for my waist! 😂 And the restaurant - beautifully decorated, and many items from Thailand - feel like you are there! Also they sell cage free eggs $4.50 or 2 dozen for $8 (subject to change I'd imagine) and the customer service, absolutely amazing!! Definitely want to eat here one day!!! Khub khun kaa for the arroy maarg maarg ah-hun! ❤️🤍💙🤍❤️
